Andrea Fisher

Head of HR, Fluence Energy, a Siemens & AES Company

As the strategic people partner for the Americas division of Fluence Energy, Andrea Fisher is committed to creating an engaged and productive workforce powered by strong leadership, work variability and people development. Andrea’s 25-year career in talent has helped frame her position that talent is the catalyst for every company’s success — and it starts at the point of hire.

Andrea has also led talent acquisition and talent management functions at large firms, including Wells Fargo, TD Bank, Fidelity Investments and General Dynamics. For 10 years, she taught talent acquisition in the Industrial and Labor Relations School at Cornell University. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Michigan University.
