Brittany Grenard

Brittany Grenard is a University of Washington graduate with nearly 15 years of human resources experience in the engineering and construction industry in both the U.S. and Canada. Currently, she is the Washington area human resources manager at HDR Engineering, Inc., an international engineering and architecture powerhouse consistently named by Engineering News-Record as one of the top engineering and architecture firms in the world.

Grenard has in-depth knowledge of operations to support employee relations activities and best practices, including complex investigations, salary planning, data analysis, negotiations and strategy execution. She is a SHRM Certified Professional, accredited by the Society of Human Resources Management, and a Certified Payroll Manager, accredited by the National Payroll Institute.
