Design Operations Manager, Zillow

Christine Lynch is a design operations manager at Zillow, where she's led design teams and contributed to product design projects focused on accessibility and social impact. She embarked on her professional design journey a few years ago, driven by her passion for helping people craft delightful customer experiences. She draws on her diverse professional background — spanning global operations at Bank of America, government contracting, and teaching — to bring a fresh perspective to her design work.

Christine holds a bachelor's degree in international political economy from the University of Wisconsin and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina. She's also a graduate and a former instructional assistant for UWPCE's Certificate in UX and Visual Interface Design.
