David Westmoreland

Senior Estimator, Graham 

David Westmoreland has more than seven years of estimating experience and 170 million dollars’ worth of work he has been directly responsible for since graduating from the University of Washington construction management program. He is the chair of the education/certification committee for the American Society of Professional Estimators Local Chapter 45 and teaches construction technical skills courses for the Associated General Contractors of America.
