Greg Weber
Data Scientist, Learning & Readiness, Microsoft
Greg Weber has more than two decades of experience in the tech industry, most recently working in a number of data-related roles at Microsoft. He’s currently a data scientist in the company’s Learning and Readiness group, which includes online learning, classroom learning and skills validation for internal and external customers. In this role, Weber performs online learner data analysis of edX MOOC data. He analyzes online user behavior data, including clickstream, app and server events, and uses R to build regression and classification models in the areas of supervised and unsupervised machine learning. Weber earned a Teaching Excellence Award in 2018 for his work with the Certificate in Data Analytics program. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University.
