Meet the Instructor

Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is an experienced executive and advisor to leading Pacific Northwest companies. He is currently a leader on T-Mobile's Corporate Strategy team, charged with defining enterprise strategy and leading large-scale mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, he was a managing director at Zachary Scott & Company in Seattle, where he led acquisition advisory and strategic consulting engagements. Earlier, he was a senior executive at Intellectual Ventures, an innovation-focused investment fund, where he was responsible for business development, product strategy and deal negotiations. He also worked at McKinsey & Company, advising C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies on business and digital strategies.

Sharma holds an MBA from INSEAD and has been teaching with UW Professional & Continuing Education since 2011.
