Megan Ward

Senior Grant Manager, Swedish Health Services

Megan Ward currently works as the senior grant manager for Swedish Health Services, where she manages all grant activities, pre- and post- award across Swedish's wide portfolio of over 500+ research and non-research grants and grant supported programs. Previously, Ward worked as a grant writer for social service organizations across King County, securing foundation and government grants to fund vital housing and public health programs.  

Along with a decade of experience in health, research, social services, and academic grant spaces, Ward reserves time for pro bono grant writing for various animal welfare organizations in Snohomish County. In 2022, Ward received her Ph.D. in international studies from the University of Washington and graduated with a certificate in nonprofit management.
