Natasha Aleksandrova
Software Engineer, Zonar Systems
Natasha Aleksandrova is currently a software engineer at Zonar Systems, a fleet management company based out of Seattle with worldwide reach. She’s worked with many technologies including Tornado, Celery, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Redis and Spark, among others. Her middleware supports both mobile and web frameworks, and she’s done extensive tooling via PHP and JavaScript. She has supported large-scale distributed systems utilizing ZooKeeper, RabbitMQ and Celery. Aleksandrova’s current work includes REST APIs via Flask, Docker and Kubernetes hosted on Google Cloud. She has a passion for large-scale data analytics and exploring new database solutions. When she isn't hacking on new big data technologies she enjoys cooking, hiking, kickboxing and playing with her dog Tyrese.
