Shaili Guru

Shaili Guru is a technical product manager at Amazon, where she drives end-to-end development of generative AI products from proof-of-concept to production. With extensive experience across major tech companies, including Nike and The Walt Disney Company, she specializes in translating complex AI technologies into successful business solutions. Guru’s expertise spans building AI-powered recommendation systems, predictive analytics platforms, and enterprise SaaS solutions for GenAI optimization.

Passionate about education, Guru gives back to the community through teaching and mentorship. Her experience creating a “Demystifying AI in Product Management” workshop, leading product management workshops for graduate students, and teaching in UWPCE's Specialization in AI Product Management. She also shares her insights through her online platform, AI/ML Product Management Guru. Guru holds an MBA in Technology Management from the UW’s Foster School of Business and two certificates from UW Professional & Continuing Education.
