About this Program
Grants are the lifeblood of many organizations, providing a vital source of an organization's overall funding. But grants often come with complex reporting and financial requirements, and successfully managing grant-funded programs demands professionals with specialized expertise.
In this one-course specialization, you'll develop skills you can use to navigate the full grant life cycle — from pre-award preparation to post-award financial reporting and compliance. You'll learn to assess an organization's grant readiness, interpret administrative and cost regulations, and establish monitoring systems to track performance, timelines and required deliverables. You’ll also gain experience with common grants management systems. In the end, you’ll have the skills to achieve grant objectives, maintain strong relationships with funders, and make a plan to sustain your organization’s ongoing impact.
