Recruiting is the most effective way for human resources professionals to help businesses hire the right people, at the right time. In today’s dynamic field of talent acquisition, it takes more than just being a “people person” to successfully connect companies and job candidates. Modern recruiters must serve as part data scientist, part psychologist, and be ready to flex their skills in new ways to meet emerging trends.
In this one-course specialization, you’ll prepare to build a best-in-class recruiting function. You’ll explore strategic hiring techniques, employer branding, and ways to build and support a diverse and equitable workforce. You’ll learn to use recruiting technology and tools, including systems to track applicants and manage big data. In the end, you’ll take away practical techniques you can use to promote job postings, evaluate candidates and measure your success.

TIME COMMITMENT
Including time in class, you should expect to spend about six to eight hours each week on coursework.
English Proficiency
