About this Course
To truly move the needle on DEIB issues within our organizations, we have to look at how our organizations are structured and function. In this course, we’ll cover a variety of tools and approaches for organization-level DEIB work: trauma-informed structures, community and power analysis-driven approaches, organizational audits, change management and more. You’ll also learn how to examine policies, procedures, organizational culture and structures for accessibility (physical, invisible, neurodiversity, etc.).

Get Hands-On Experience
You’ll complete a final project that applies your new skills and knowledge, such as conducting or planning an organizational equity audit or a DEIB training plan at your organization.
